Is that because you are already a healthy weight and are now ready to maintain, or do you still want to lose? I notice your earlier post said you are 5ft 7 and dropped to 9st 7 which sounds quite low for your height and age.

i am actually at the higher ok range of my bmi
i used to be at the lowest ok range at 9.7 stones for 5 ft 10 inches
i have an eating disorder and body dismorphia
i still want to be lower at perhaps 10.7 then i will have to stop there
to get there and lower it is a question of literally eating lettuce and veg with no dressings and limiting carbs and missing meals when you cant make it on time, also not eating if you are not hungry, or stopping when you are full
that is actually the secret of how thin people eat and stay thin
Ok I'm sorry you battle with an eating disorder, not a condition I have first hand knowledge of, but maybe another reader on here does.
However as you've posted on this NHS site, which advocates healthy eating, hopefully you will try some of the many healthy tips on here to help you lose those few pounds in a safer, more balanced way. Aiming for thin isn't a great idea, but being slim and healthy is... . 😊
Edit: sorry, I now see you've been on the site for a few months and several others have offered advice , like using the daily diary to share your menus so that others can help you.
