I am a bit down today because I was doing exceptionally well the past week and a half (I hadn't had any snacks during the day, only eaten my prepared meals) and then I totally overate this weekend :(.
We were at a festival and I started feeling hungry all the time again (I guess it's anxiety-related), I started eating too much at a time and was feeling sick after most meals. I guess I still don't realize that I eat a lot less now and my stomach and body cannot handle the same huge meals as before. It is also the fact that we had a lot of sweets that I don't usually eat, so when I saw them I was really excited to eat as much as I can.
I really wish I could overcome the need to eat so much, do you have any helpful tips for me?
