Hello

Just starting this week but I cannot find where the printable pdfs are. Looking for that weekly checklist. Any help?

Thank you.

Hello and welcome, BellisP 😊

I assume you mean the NHS 12 week plan. If you scroll through this link nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-we... you'll come to the downloads for each week. Please see the note about using the NHS BMI calculator to find the correct calorie range for you.

You'll find all our groups and activities in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... , plus a Welcome message. A good place to start is with a weekly weigh-in on the day of your choice, and the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans.

This gives you a tour of the forum healthunlocked.com/?tour=true and, along with Pinned Posts, will show you how things work. Active participation can be a great boost to your own efforts so I hope you'll become an active member and we will see you joining in around the forum 😊

PS the app doesn’t give access to all parts of the forum so we advise everyone to get rid of the app and log on to the full website using the browser on their phone

Thanks. There is a printable page to go on your wall to keep tick notes of what you have done each day. I would find that useful. I Saw it once months ago when thinking to do this but not found it since. I have the weekly guides etc. Shame(for me) its all in different places, various apps and no directory. So I will go and find the Full website as that sounds better. Thanks again for replying.

Later...

I have looked but can not find the printable PDFs. There is a reference to them but no active link. A browser search gives me just the same pages I saw before and the app option.

Do you have a link for full website (although it may be what I am looking through)

Hi BellisP, if you click the 1st link BridgeGirl gave you and scroll down until the list of weeks. Week 1,Week2 etc.

Click on Week 1 and it gives you the printable option.

I've just tried that link and it worked.

If you're still having trouble just shout.😉
