September Strength Chart

I was going to post this at the end of September but posting now as those planks may have killed me by then! Humidity really high for my run this morning but I did manage to sprint for the last minute which I must admit felt great. I'm away for two weeks from this Saturday but intend on taking my weights with me and carry on as normal. If moreless or Zest are reading this - if I ever manage to stay in a plank for 60 seconds I want a medal even if I've put weight on!

Hey Angusina great chart! And great distribution of exercise days and rest days. It certainly looks a lot easier laid out in a chart than I imagine it to be doing those planks in reality! I'm sure the admin folks have put the order in for a nice shiny plank badge for you already ;)

Wish the planks were as easy to do as the chart. Hidden why not have another challenge next month something easy like doing a handstand on parallel bars ;) Actually, to be honest I'm enjoying this challenge and finding it really motivating.

Hi Angusina,

Beautiful chart! Very colourful. I think you're brave to do planks - I've not really tried them!!!

Great that you're taking your weights with you on holiday, and I hope you have a wonderful time.

lol @ your comment about a medal for achieving the plank for 60 seconds - it does sound like it should merit a medal doesn't it!!! Maybe a plank award...!

Enjoy your holiday!

Lowcal :-)

Hi Lowcal,

I think the merit badge could be some time off but not as far off as my target weight at the rate I'm going ;)

Hi IndigoBlue61 ,

Thanks, I'm looking forward to my holiday and going to try and come back with at least a small weight loss. Going to be doing lots of coastal walking - but will NOT be doing intermittent planks along the way ;)

Plank away - my aim is to 3x 30 seconds on three days this week- I might build up to 40 seconds next week

Great chart:-)

Hats off to you suzybenj - I'm aiming for the 30 second challenge next week it's going to take me a wee while to get to 40 seconds. Happy planking!
