Hi Everyone
After trying to go it alone and lose weight since March this year, working from home still, struggling to get into my lovely clothes I decided today to make a new start after seeing the advert on the TV for this site. I have gone up 2 dress sizes and really need to get back on track again. I have started running again and have run 15K so far this week, I'm ready to tackle the eating part now.....
