Hi
I am currently on week 11 of the High Cholesterol programme, how do I restart it as I have missed a few.
Welcome back, Successfulweightloss
Sorry, I've never heard of that particular programme, so can't help I'm afraid.
If you're still needing to lose weight, all of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and I hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.
We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
Wishing you all the best
I think it's this one that the British Heart Foundation runs:
I'm sure there's much of benefit, though I stopped it myself as some of its advice on 'healthy fats' seems entirely contrary to where the science appears to be headed (they admit themselves that there's 'conflicting evidence' over fats).
If so, here are the parts:

Well done SJ, this is the link to the BHF forum and they have a pop-up for this programme healthunlocked.com/bhf
Yeah, I signed up for it myself, just out of morbid curiosity.
It's the usual stuff, most of which has been disproved by experiment (or which has turned out to be far more complex than we thought - eg., the simplistic distinction between animal fats = bad and "vegetable" fats = good). But hey, let's not let facts get in the way of the free flow of charity funding.
I would suggest to the OP that "high cholesterol" will resolve itself simply by eating a healthy diet - wholesome unprocessed foods, with less stodge and more veg, and homecooked meals.
