I all. Since a full crash in 2017 which saw me hospitalised for a week with a suspectes stroke; but was diagnosed eventually as a spread of arthritis to C4-C7, left shoulder and wrist to add to my long running knee issues plus migrane and fibromyalgia; I have gained 3stone. I had my left knee replace in September 2019 and am currently awaiting the surgery to replce my right knee. I haven't done too bad over lockdown and have lost 9lb during this time, but have plateaued now and decided after chat with my GP to give the nhs 12week plan a go.
I am doing between 150 and 200minutes of gentle exercise everyweek and tracking food with my fitbit app (average around 1200 a day).
All suggestions on ways to get the scales going down again welcome, especially from 50ish ladies with mobility issues.
Sorry to start my journey with a long rambling message
