Good morning all - My first weighin 12st 8 last Sat 12st 4 today - loss of 4lbs - I feel good as I've had couple of days when I 'wondered off the path!' I am happy to manage 1 or 2lbs a week loss - better than the gains Ive had ! Thanks for being here to come to for a moan or a cheer - Good luck It's a great feeling being a loser!
