Well I am fasting till Wed. No food but will have teas coffee kalko veg broth and apple cider vinegar.
Just got a little fed up of walking 10km a day and I really want to get to 74kg and I am fed up of food. Anything at all, I imagine the taste but it does not please me. I will do shorter walks until fast ends.
Just wanted to share....I KNOW its not ideal way of losing weight but I have been upset this week with work and feel sad. Its also my little boys birthday on wed and 6 weeks ago I had a photo of myself on my little girls birthday and I was so fat despite walking like a maniac for 2 hours a day so I really want to be 74kg by Wed. I hover up and down 75kg (anywhere between 75.2kg to 75.9kg).
Wish me luck....

Fasting is an ancient practice, that has been recently revived as a solution to obesity and diabetes. Apparently you can regard bariatric (eg stomach stapling) as a medically enforced fast.
Get onto YouTube and search for "Jason Fung fasting", and watch some videos. You may come to realise that what you are doing is good for you.
After such a long fast, you need to be careful how you break it. You need to reintroduce foods gently. Definitely no birthday cake for you. Google refeeding syndrome, and look for hints to break your fast without harming your body.
If this is your first fast, I would suggest you don't push yourself too far. Maybe start doing a 36 hour fast (fast from dinner on day one until breakfast on day 3).
70 hours to go....hunger waves but I just drink the kalko veg broth and zero sparkling water. Weight at start 75.9kg weight now this mornjng 75kg
Started to get a bit of bad breath. Woke up at 5am and ended up taking a piriton to help sleep. Feel very groggy now! Have a splash of milk but sweetner too...
