Finally after a few years of putting it off or starting and stopping I am on the right road, strictly following a plan and have lost 8.5 lbs over the last 7 days. I already feel better and looking forward to carrying on to my target. Onwards and upwards.

Welcome back, Smiddy :)

Well done for getting on track, but make sure the plan you're following is sustainable, or as soon as you return to 'normal' eating, then the weight will return, generally with a few extra pounds on top.

I don't know what plan you're following, but this is a nice simple and sustainable one healthunlocked.com/api/redi...

As a reminder, all of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and I hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.

Onwards and downwards! :)

Hi Smiddy good to see you here and good luck
