Calories in pizza?

Hi.

I had one slice of a 12 inch garlic bread pizza and 1 slice of a 12 inch chicken pollo pizza. Anyone got any idea of how many calories these would be please? Deep pan pizza, regular crust. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the manufacturer? They often have the nutritional info on their website 😊

Sadly there is nothing on their website. It's not a main stream pizza place, local one on the corner, but it was soooo good lol

Well the other way is to get some scales and weigh the amount you had and make a guesstimate . . . A bit difficult after you’ve eaten it though 😂 But well done on having just one slice! That takes effort 👍👏🎉

Lol thanks.

I love pizza, I buy a thin and crispy one, and it’s about 400 calories, but I’m guessing what you had may have been a bit more, . . . I have loads of salad with mine so it looks like more. And eat slowly . . .

A 1/8 slice of a regular or deep 12” pizza in my calorie tracker is between 120 and 200kcal depending on the type and manufacturer - less than I thought!
