Hi I've dipped in and out of this site a few times.Due to my hormones and trouble with my joints I've piled on the weight.Im so down and have gone from a size 8 to size 20 over the last 5 years. I just want to be comfortable in my body.Im early 50s and awaiting menopause lol.Ive done slimming world in the past but I need to do it myself.I know I can do,its just getting the kick up the backside to start.I weighed me this morning and I've put on more weight yet again.Im so fed up.

Keep coming on and share your daily meal plans,we are all here for each other,we can all do this together as a team,remember you are not alone,i find doing a weekly meal plan helps me and the support from this group has been a great help,i am the most motivated i have been for along time,Slowly wins the race,we are all on a journey and i sometimes it will be hard but if we stick at it we will all get to our destination,do you take your body measurements? Because sometimes you can loose inches,chin up,i believe in you ❤

Oh thankyou so much for replying. I'm really fed up with putting on so much weight.Im not really sure how to use this site.Do I have to put my weight loss on here?I'm determined to give it a go.xx

No problem always here to help there is a daily page for weigh in if you scroll to the bottom of the page its called Wednesday wobble warriors 1 July 2020 if you read the first comment by admin it will tell you how to log your weight details,once you get started you will be unstoppable,you can do this Xx

There is also a daily diary that is used for logging your Daily Meal plan and support/ideas xxx

I am using sw as a guide as i know it works as i lost 3 & half stone when i done it a few years back but due to mental health problems i put it back on as i was comfort eating but i am in a better frame of mind now,always here if you need any help,The first step is always the hardest but you will be ok,have a great day,Xx

Great message Lilly. It speaks to me very well and it has encouraged me to keep going. I really AM nearly half way there and although the last half is taking its time I must be patient.
