Morning everyone hope you’re all well. Just a quick question the last few days I seem to feel so tired with less energy. I have been doing a lot of walking and I’m wondering if my food isn’t feeding my body enough for the walking I’m doing ! What are people’s thoughts on this.
I’m currently having around 1500 calories a day and walking 10,000 steps as a minimum

Make sure that you're eating real food, such as this healthunlocked.com/api/redi... and if there is no improvement, consult your GP, as you may have an underlying health condition.
Thanks moreless, yes that’s where I have my recommended calories from although I have chosen to keep to the lower end of the scale.
I’ll have a look at the link you’ve posted. I think this week I’ll just keep going as I have been and then if I’m still the same by next weekend I’ll up my calories. I am hoping to put in more exercise next week so I think I’ll need to up my intake.
We always recommend aiming for at least the middle of the range, if not higher, or you'll find that as you shrink you'll have to reduce more and more, until you have nowhere to go.
Thanks I’d say my diet is fairly balanced. I have been doing 10,000 everyday usually in 2 shorter walks then my walk to and from work so I think it’s in moderation. I don’t have a rest day though as I’m doing it everyday. I’ll monitor it and have to see how I go thanks
