Thought I was doing well but clearly struggling with portion size and sneaky snacks - Ding some research today so. I can get ready!!

...it can take a bit to learn how to find one's way around so please read the material carefully and also note, don't use the HU App, it is much easier to use the website.

As explained above, we recommend that members join a Weekly Weigh-In, on the day of your choice, and also use the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans and get useful feedback. They are found under Pinned Posts (go back to the link I gave you above)

Hi Currant! Welcome! You’re not alone on that. What works for me may not work for you but when I feel like snacking..a teaspoon of peanut butter always does the trick. I was also advised by a friend to try yoghurt and chia seeds. Hope that helps!

A good tip I found is count your snacks even if you have some in the house. When my diet was proceeding normally I'd have 2 snacks daily. If weight-loss was sluggish I'd just have one. Once you don't count it's very easy to just have another one.

Hi Currant...I hear you! My sweet treat is a fig! Works every time for me. I plan out possible snacks each day and tick them off it eaten. It is harder at the moment working at home.
