Hi Lilly1986 I have just joined so you have all got a head start, i want to take part in the weigh-in as I think that will be a good motivator as I definitely need this, setting small goals might help towards achieving the target heres hoping the finish line is in sight 🤞
Hello and welcome. I have been here a couple of weeks and finding lots of good advice and support. I think we are all flagging and melting in the heat at the moment, but I seem to be more of a night owl lately! I hope you get to find your way around the forum, and see what people are up to, try reading the daily diary which happens every day to see what people are eating. All the best!

I need to lose about 3 stone too. It's so hard isn't it. I'm a proper binge eater so evenings are the hardest. We know we can do it so if we really try so let's do it 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

I joined 22nd June and also would like to lose 3 stone or maybe 3 and a half stone, My first weigh in will be on Monday. I'm not calorie counting or following a plan other than to eat healthily and reduce my carbohydrate intake - I'm trying to put the days of putting something between 2 slices of bread and calling it a meal well and truly behind me. Good Luck to you - I'm sure you can do it.
