Break is over, tomorrow I return!

So I haven't been on here in a while, nor have I been "properly dieting" or keeping a diary. The reason being for two reasons:

1) My mental health has worsened.. not sure why but lately I just feel low and tired constantly. Currently trying to get help from the local service and my doctor.

2) Last week was GameJam week at my local university. I take part every year with my boyfriend where we make a game in 5 days. It's a load of fun! I actually applied to study university but gotta wait to hear back.

I'm finding it hard to stay on track, due to the reasons above, especially 1 as my sleeping is majorly messed up right now. Most of the time I either stay up all night or go to bed late (like 4am) then don't get up until 3pm. Also sometimes even if I get a good nights sleep, within an hour or two of getting up I'm tired again, to the point where I sorta pass out as can't keep my eyes open and jolt awake.

I have still been weighing myself and I'm currently 26 stone exactly, which I think is 2 or 3 lbs less than the last time I posted on here and a total of 11 lbs since I started on May 4th! Hopefully once I'm back on track, I'll reach my first stone soon! I plan to start doing simple exercises, which I'll post on my instagram.

How has everyone been? :)

Hi fittea - really sorry to hear your probs, sounds like you're in a bit of a vicious circle - yr mental health is being affected by your lack of sleep, which in turn affects how you are approaching your every day life.

How about setting small goals to start with? Because you know deep down that if you start to eat healthier (cut down on the demon sugar!) and take more exercise this will in turn start to help you to sleep better which in turn will brighten your mood, and by brightening you will feel motivated.

Don't try and do too much too soon as you could end up overwhelmed. Small steps is the key.

And keep on the forum as we're all here to help support!
