This week I started the 16.8 hour intermittent fasting. So I fast between 9 pm overnight to.1 pm the next day and eat between 1 pm and 9 pm.
I'm just trying it this week to start with . So far so good ! I actually get to 1 pm without feeling hungry .Today for lunch I had 2 weetabix and then later a salad with tofu and chutney dressing and this evening I had a small jacket potato.
I'm hoping this works well for me and I lose weight this week fingers crossed let's see what happens .
