Thank you, good luck on your journey too x

Best of luck on your journey, I'm in exactly the same boat as you, ex-WW member but didn't keep the weight down once I got to goal. But I'm thinking of this as a lifestyle change, not a diet so here's to a happy and healthy future, and bikini holidays :) x

Emma what are your long term goals. It's great having short term goals, but once they are achieved you tend to slip back into your comfort zone because following a diet is to uncomfortable because it lacks any purpose or direction.Good luck with your journey and hope you find a way to keep the weight off for good.

Hi, Im not treating this journey as a diet but a lifestyle change. Hopefully I will learn to make sensible food choices and move more resulting with the weight staying off :-)

Emma i was only replying to the content of your post. With any lifestyle change your results have to be measurable and your achievements recognized. It is commendable that you have recognized that there is a problem related to your weight and that you are putting something in place to improve the quality of your life by losing some weight.I wish you well on your journey to a better and healthier lifestyle as i have been on the same journey as yourself albeit through slightly different methodology.
