The best way to reduce snacking is to make sure you have filling meals with all the good stuff you need. The second way is to avoid buying the stuff you snack on.

Hi. I've just joined. I need to lose at least a stone in weight over the next month. My kid has under lying health issues and needs to lose weight and keep the weight of so it doesn't become life threatening. Got some new bathroom scales and am ready to start.
