Hiya I’ve just joined. Hoping to lose a stone. Haven’t been able to discipline myself to stop snacking so hoping I can find the motivation on here 😃

The best way to reduce snacking is to make sure you have filling meals with all the good stuff you need. The second way is to avoid buying the stuff you snack on.

You'll find all you need to make use of the forum by following this link healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... to Pinned Posts A good place to start is by joining a weekly weigh in (why not join the Monday Mass Movers in the morning?) and using the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans.

Take your time checking out the Pinned Posts, then join in activities and chats, ask questions and support others - it will all pay off for you :)

Hi. I've just joined. I need to lose at least a stone in weight over the next month. My kid has under lying health issues and needs to lose weight and keep the weight of so it doesn't become life threatening. Got some new bathroom scales and am ready to start.

Let’s do this!!!! I think a good place for me personally to start, would be meal planning, so I know what’s for lunch and don’t start picking at stuff

That’s great Charlotte. I’m taking it a day at a time. Roll on dinner I’m starving 😬😂.. trying hard not to keep thinking about food atm , I’m furloughed atm.
