Fasting so I eat between 11.30 and 7.30 and limit my calories to 1400kcal per day with a treat day on Friday, not going over the top though x

yes I'm on 1400 per day with a bit extra on a Friday x happy with how its hoing for now x

1400 sounds too low. But if that’s your allowance and you are happy with it, then okay. It usually works best to alter your diet and lifestyle step by step with little changes.

Well done that’s a great loss! Are you finding it easier to stick to as you go along? I’m just starting my 4th week (also calorie counting and IF) and feel like I’ve hit my stride a bit more in the past week 😊
