Day 160: Something Different.

Today I did almost everything differently. I had a walk in the morning rather than the evening, had dinner at lunch and even went for a different exercise video. It's always good to mix things up a little, keeps things interesting and that's what I reflect on today.

Yes I must do this I also find it goodvto vary food. Lots of good U tube exercises at present good luck 💕

Hi L2K, there certainly are. Team Body Project workouts are great for all levels, but then they may not suit you. Have a look if you want but always find something to suit you and your lifestyle. Thank you for your support.

Sounds like a great idea, I should walk the dog earlier instead of sitting down for a coffee which would avoid my temptation to examine the biscuit cupboard!

Hi PCC, ahhhhh, the dreaded biscuit cupboard. We have biscuit tin too...double the temptation! Varying and keeping things new is great, although sticking to a routine is also good. Maybe a bit of both? Thanks for your support!
