Today most of my routine went out of the window because things cropped up that needed to be done and other things and timings were rearranged. It made me wonder whether I really needed a routine, as things ran smoothly and I still managed to complete a lot of things, even if they were not on my routine. But then I began to wonder what would happen if I did that every day: would I go back to my lazy, depressed self? Routine is helping me mentally and physically so I reflected on why I still need to keep my routine.
