Another day in the craziness and a change of routine. Not a change from having a routine, but changing the order of things and swapping things around. Always good to have a change in something that doesn't change...if you get my drift. Going to weigh in tomorrow and see how much I have put on: hopefully not too much. hope you are all good and your journeys are going as well as they can in these times! Stay strong and stay safe!
Hi Lavender54, I've moved the time I woke up, added some cleaning, added some garden time, changed the times of the things I will always do, like write my blog and go on here. The change can simply be doing the same things at different times. And I didn't, only 2lbs gained! Thanks you for your support!
