I am now back to where I was...and a little more besides. 12 stones 2.6 pounds - so a real term loss of 0.2lbs...but I am chuffed with that! Aiming for under 12 stones next week, or even just a loss will be fine. Hope your journey is going well and thanks again for the support!
That’s fine because you learned a lot about yourself to get here 👏 that’s a good target too. I have had a really good day as I achieved my January target of losing 40lbs 😁AND am now at healthy BMI 👍Having said that, I’ve set a new target of another 10lbs, as my waist needs to go down a bit further so I’ll be here for a while longer 😉
