Hi! I'm really looking for some help, as I exercise 3 times a week and keep a fairly strict but balanced diet, why am I not seeing any fat loss or changes? I have been maintaining this routine for about 2 months now, with no differences! Any advice?

Hi I'm new here!
Have you get the food diary are you sure you eat healthy and may be times when you have hidden snacks and not remember eating them
Exercise my only be counteracting the food that you're eating it may not lead to Greater loss
Hello and welcome to the forum,
It is hard to comment on your 'fairly strict and balanced diet' without knowing what you are eating. It may be that you are not eating enough if you are following a calorie controlled plan or it may be that there is a lot of hidden sugars being consumed if you are eating a lot of carbs and fruit. I would suggest that you come and join in with the Daily Diary and share your menu's each day so that we can give the correct advice.
If you haven't already, please take the time to read the Welcome Newbie post, this will help you to navigate the forum, which is best done using the full website and not the app.

Hi Sadkiddo, I'm in the same boat. I watch what I eat and walk 7 to 10 miles a day and now took up cycling and no changes.
