Hi everyone so this last week I started on doing cardio workout HIT training.
Last week I was 70.1kg and waist 99cm
This week I'm 70.7 kg and waist 102 cm.
So here just from working out I ended up gaining the weight and I'm not sure it if water weight or what?.
This week I still will Continue to do my cardio 3 times a week one mile run ( on tredmil)
Also the remaining 2 days I will work on different part of body workouts and Sunday will be my rest day.
I hope this week will be promising.
As for the aim I will make it 70.00 kg and waist 99cm for next week goal.
