Monday weight in! Let's start week 6!

I'm glad to say that I've lost 0.9 kg!! Under all my expectations because I changed job and now I'm walking less! Plus I haven't exercise for all week! So I'm really surprised!

Any good advice for make me do some more exercise?!

Well done on your loss this week :) Can you add some walking into another part of your day? It truly is great exercise :)

I'll do thanks! Yes walking is the only thing that work for me! I can't find other things that I really like...I don't want to pay a course or gim! So I'll try to increase the walks! Thanks

Learn to love to walk and make any excuse to walk it's great and so easy to do. I think of something I want from the shop and walk, I walk the kids to sch I walk on my lunch break. It's good for you don't let changing your job stop you from achieving your dreams. Have a get up and go and keep moving attitude from the word go..... :-)

Well done you! I'm a walking girl when it comes to exercise....but would love a personal trainer...good luck with your next week.
