Motivation comes from within and is personal to each of us. If you're uncertain about your reasons for losing weight and why it's important to you, then give yourself time to think that through. You're unlikely to stick to something if you don't see the point.
This is a great place for information and encouragement and you'll get the best out of it by joining in with clubs, challenges and activities, ideally daily. All the best
Hi there, TMC, I agree with BG. I've wrote my motivations down and read it everyday. Have you tried that? Gives you a kick start to why you're going to stick to your diet that day. I'm an older mum so for me it's being fit and healthy for my kids for as long as I can and to lower the cholesterol. Think about yours and use it/them as a mini pep talk in the morning. Good luck.
