Week 5 starting.
Okay guys this last week was tough as I was into baking cakes and ended up eating also.
So I weigh currently 70.1 kg and waist being 99cm. So did not meet my target.
This week I will keep the same goal 69.8kg and 98cm waist. Because I think I might hit my point where I will need to consider exercising to aid my weight loss.
So will try 3 times a week running for 1 mile. Alongside with my abb workout.
Also this Iv been drinking green tea now which is nice.
