I need more exercise! Normally exercising every day walking or cycling to meetings, I need motivation and discipline to do the equivalent now there are no meetings! All I seem to do is gardening and more gardening.

Maybe you could have two regular walks a day, now that restrictions have been loosened? Or one walk and one cycle? Have a timetable for 7am - 8am and 7pm - 8pm and stick to it.

Have you tried the C25K app I found that this was a great programme and helped me to keep motivated. If you feel that this would be to easy for you there is also bridge to 10k
