Ready to start the 12 week weight loss plan!!

I need to loose at least 20 pounds! I'm really excited to start doing this, i know it will be hard but i hope i can do it, tried many times before but keep giving up.

Just google nhs 12 week weight loss plan and you can download the programme....good luck!

Good luck. Do read the welcome newbies post (you can see the link on the right hand side of this page). Also, join us for the Monday weigh in if you like as it helps to keep accountability to stay on track.

The 12 week plan is very effective. You can do it!!!

Thank you. Down loaded the 12 week plan just need to do some sums. Fridge full of good foods.

There is a free ap called myfitnesspal which can help you to calculate the calories if you need that...

The c25k plan is really good - that lasts for 9 weeks and it really helps you to get fit.

There are different ways to get to the Monday weigh in. You can either just look out for the heading in the posts on Monday morning and then click on it and add your comment / weight etc.

Or you can follow the moderators, Lowcal and Moreless as they start the post so you will get notified when they put it up.

There is often a heading on the pinned posts section too.....

(I normally just do the first one).
