Fizzy juice

I was looking for some advice. I don’t know if anyone has ever had an addiction to fizzy juice I don’t eat a lot of sweets or crisps but I can’t seem to stop drinking it.

I drink at least 3 litres every day probably closer to 4 if I’m being honest . So would just simply changing from this to water help me see a difference in my weight ?

Try fizzy water with squash/cordial, that's what we have at home xx

How is that better? Commercial softdrinks are sugar syrup mixed with fizzy water. Mixing syrup with still water in your home is basically the same thing.

It's just a suggestion. She has free will to make a decision. Thought this was a friendly arena, clearly not!!

So, like Coca-Cola? Yes, that stuff is very very bad for you.

3 litres of coke is equivalent to - 72 teaspoons of sugar. This is not only fattening, but it will directly shorten your life.

You must learn to live without it.

Hello and welcome rmcd91,

I would have suggested fizzy water as a replacement to fizzy drinks, but see Rachel has already done that :)

If you haven't already, please take the time to read the Welcome Newbie post, this will help you to navigate the forum, which is best done using the full website and not the app.

Please also take a look at all of the Challenges, Clubs and Events that we have, to help to keep you motivated and engaged with the forum.
