Today is food shop day, and what better way to plan the week aheads dinners, than sitting in my favourite spot in the garden. It’s glorious sunshine here in West Sussex, and apparently it’s 20°C still at 4:50pm. I’m at work tomorrow and Thursday, therefore my vitamin D top up has to be sufficient to last until Friday!
All 4 of the dinners I cook (hubby does 2 and Sunday is always decided on the day) are planned and calories calculated. The next 2 days lunches are ready for work. Exercise is also planned and I’m ready to shift some weight. Let’s do this!! 🦩

Thanks @lucigret. The bonus of not having my annual holiday abroad next week, is that I don’t have to worry about the calories in gorgeous, cold, Spanish beer and delicious tapas every night! I will have one day off on my birthday, but I won’t be eating and drinking a truck load, just not counting the calories that day.
