Finally my mind has got on board with my plan.. this week I’ve prepped all my lunches and breakfasts( coarse oats soooo yummy) and it has made life so easy.. quick salad or steamed veg and I’m off for nights without dreading eating bought sarmies. And I was at my PT session last night.. I LEG PRESSED 205.7kg!!!! I felt amazing and invincible during that session.. it’s been 8 hard weeks of training but not eating properly.. now it’s both being done properly.. at hoping this weight will finish go downwards.. Good luck to everyone this week.. hope you all achieve amazing stuff.. xx

Very well done Dolphin73 😊. Some fabulous changes there. In my opinion, meal planning is essential. And as a nice side effect, you’ll save some money too
