One step forward, two back!

I’m feeling disheartened today. Week three and I’ve nearly put back on what I lost in my 2nd week!

I didn’t post my Monday weigh in because I was so disappointed.

On the positive, I download couch to 5k and did my first run today.

Oh that’s tough ☹️ The first few weeks are the most difficult. . . As StillConcerned says, can you find a reason? Are you eating enough? Are you particularly anxious or stressed? Tired?

I know it’s probably been said before but regular forum activity is really helpful, daily if you can, we have lots of things happening.

Lastly, it’s really important to put this behind you, take a deep breath and start again, but with the knowledge you’ve gained over the past couple of weeks. You can do this! 😊

I'm sure couch to 5k will give you a real sense of achievement.

As the others have said, can you think what's caused it and have you decided what changes you'll make?

And about the weigh in: the main aim is supporting each other so I hope you'll drop in and say some encouraging words to some of the rest of the team, even if you don't want to post this week. That would be appreciated :)

I think it’s because I’m still running the freezer down so not all necessarily healthy food!

Don’t be disheartened. Pick up the good habits again and go forward positively.

Plan your food for the day, have something ready if you get the munchies and watch those portion sizes.

Lots of good luck vibes coming your way ‼️
