some people would say that I took the easy way,I had a complete gastric bypass over a year ago, this was to aid my having two total knee replacements, and so far I have had one of the two.
As I said people would say the gastric bypass is the easy way out,but I can assure you its not,I have lost nearly 7 stone, and I am still capable of putting on weight, and at this moment in time the effect of covid on eating habits and exercise are having a great effect,so if your finding things hard this is a temporary blip, and we will make it through.

I have heard many people say that they have still been able to gain weight after a gastric bypass. It really isn't the be all and end all to weight loss is it! Well done for coming along to the forum and for being aware of what is happening. Now you can try and nip it in the bud before it gets too bad. 7stone is a great weight loss and it would be an awful shame to gain too much after all you have been through.
