Hi everyone,
I am on a calorie counting diet and just completed week 1 of NHS fitness plan. I have lost 10lbs since 19 March, half when I was poorly and half on purpose.
I would like to lose around three and a half or four stone.
I spoke to a friend who had had a gastric band fitted and lost 30kg. I realised I needed to do the same but couldn’t afford the surgery and that I just needed to suck it up and stop eating rubbish.
After two weeks of dieting and a week of exercise I also realised I need some moral support for the tough days and people to celebrate with on the winning days. So her I am.
