Hello and welcome, Teeleix, and your mum
The number one tip is to go to the NHS BMI calculator where you'll be able to find the correct calorie range for each of you; have confidence in it, even if it's more than you expect, and don't be tempted to eat less: it won't serve you well long term.
To make the most of the forum, get involved with the activities on offer, particularly a weekly weigh in and the Daily Diary. You'll find them all in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
All the best
Ahh thank you so much! Mine recommendeds 1800-2000 which I thought was quite high but going to give it a go. Will definatley look out for the activities! Thank you, is there an app for these forums or is it just online? X
