well i've started the weight loss challenge from 129.2 kg to 74.8kg in a year (hopefully) so i downloaded a calorie counting app and its so much easier to log your food and stay in your calorie budget i even was allowed a bit of chocolate so i will weigh in on wednsday to see how muich i have lost i estimate around 3kg

Welcome back again 😊 The calorie counting method is helping me with getting better at portion sizes.
Have you looked up your personal daily calorie allowance for your current weight? Take a look here: nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-we....
I assume you did not put this weight on inside 1 year, so don’t be discouraged if it takes more than a year to lose it, and why think about breaking the journey down into mini goals, like when you see a difference with tape measure, so new dress size.
