Food guilt

Hi. I’m now nearly 2 years maintainer. But recently or maybe for one year now I have a strong food guilt after eating anything! Even having more salad that I should have. I normally eat lots of vegetables and good food but every food choice has become like a test that weighting myself at the end of the week will tell me if I passed or not. I know this is not healthy and will end up making me gain weight. Has anyone experienced this? Can anyone help me with this?

I don't know if this is useful to you, but my plan for maintenance it to eat "healthy" and if my weight creeps up above some arbitrary number, a kg or two above my target, then to start a fasting protocol (probably 5:2) until it's back where it should be. I hope this will enable me to have a healthy relationship with food, as "mistakes" can be readily fixed.

Yeah, someone already maintaining can probably offer more help, but I didn't like to see your plea go without any sort of answer.

Sorry to hear that Morvarid . . . I’m the opposite I’m afraid so have no words of wisdom. However, perhaps if you joined our Maintainers Club someone there may have some advice?
