Thinking my weight is in my mind. I bought a new mirror and made friends with it and I look like 2 stone lighter. My shape is better and I’m more hopeful that I can continue to lose weight.
Sometimes when looking in the mirror in my mums bathroom I get an immense tension in my legs and body. It feels like I’m going to black out and the view in the mirror changes.
I can only just see my reflection with the pressure and light. I don’t know why it happens but wander if I can withstand the pressure perhaps my perception will change.
I’ve already noticed my sensitivity to light and the restricted movements I have. ???

It takes longer for us to see the changes in our body, when I last lost weight I couldn't see it until 1 day I was walking through town and caught a glimpse of my reflection in a window and had to go back and double take! Keep going and be kind to yourself it gets easier.
