Hypertension -I have always had low bp last week it has been like 220/180 go gave me medication however still high how can someone always suffer low then this happen I’m not stressed etc really concerned

Hello joanniexx, this is a peer to peer weight loss forum so it's not the best place to answer your question. There is a hypertension forum healthunlocked.com/blood-pr... but I suggest you make contact with your GP for advice, and to let them know the medication has not been effective. That reading is very high.
