Hi everyone : Hiya am Blush looking for... - Weight Loss Support
Hi everyone
Hi Blush!
Life events can be hugely stressful and definitely make you eat more. I've put on 3 stone in a year due to my own events.
I hope this group can help us both.

Hello Blush and welcome to the group. I too have put weight on gradually over the years and there comes a time to say no more, I want to be healthy. So you are definitely in the right place here for ideas, hints and tips, and most importantly plenty of support from your fellow food lovers. So good luck!
Hello and welcome, Blush78
I suggest you read this, on When weight Loss is a Struggle healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and this, which offers a way forward you may not have tried phcuk.org/wp-content/upload...
You'll find everything you need to make the most of the forum in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... I recommend joining a weekly weigh in and using the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans.
Active participation can give you a real boost so I hope we;ll see you around
Thanks so much! I’ve been looking for things to read so these links are fab thanks xx
That's good to hear We have members who have lost as much as you want to following a low carb, healthy fat approach so it's certainly worth trying.
You'll find further information here dietdoctor.com/low-carb
And you might like to join the lchf forum healthunlocked.com/lchf-diet A lot of us pop to and from between the forums, just make sure you know where you are!
Hi Blush and welcome
Sorry to hear about the accident and that you're not at work but there is a way forward. Make this forum and all the friendly, helpful people here part of your life and you'll find that you can turn things around and start to gain control of large parts of your life. I guess that sounds overly dramatic but I stand by it
BridgeGirl has provided you with a number of links. My feeling is that most people don't bother following them and reading them in full which is a shame as information is key to making good decisions to help ourselves.
One last link though Here's one to today's Daily Diary. At the least, click on it and read through all the replies and hopefully at the end of it you'll be excited enough to join in ... healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
Good luck!
Thanks so much for your reply. Am so out of control so anything that can help it’s great thank you
Hello and welcome if you haven't already looked at links from admin do, see what going on and jump on in. Don't think of it as a diet but a healthy lifestyle change. Also don't think of all you've got to loose it can be daunting but take it in small manageable steps.
I like you had a accident that meant me having to retire at the grand old age of 32!!!! From being a midwife which I loved , was depressed, not active after playing badminton and going swimming before going and doing a full shift, put on 5 stone . Then I finally accepted would not return to work and did something about it, so you can come back from this. Good luck
