After having a tooth out last week and then developing cold, I wasn’t quite up to keeping on top of my steps. Had a few treats too.
Surprise! I still lost a pound and measure myself another 2 inches gone from my body.
Just the lift I needed to get back to 100% focus. Plus cold has nearly cleared-thank you lemsip.
Lemsip is one of nature's gifts!
Now, before you put too much importance on that loss, how much did the tooth weigh?

Brilliant. I personally think that it's ok to go easy once in a while as long and actually does you good as you don't lapse back into bad habits again. It's certainly worked for you. Well done, what a brilliant loss. Keep up the good work.
