I am happy with my loss this morning and although it is not record breaking I did expect my weight loss to be slow as I think years of yo yo dieting has probably confused the hell out of my metabolism. I also have a chesty cough so not much exercise this week. I wanted to record that I'm happy and going in the right direction. π
Start 14 st 2 lb - 14.02
Week one 13 st 13 7/8 - 13 13.875
Week two 13 st 12 1/4 - 13 12.250 (hope this is correct)
Nearly 4 lb! Woohoo
I still socialised at the weekend and have felt satisfied after meals. Water intake could be better so will focus on this and increasing exercise this next week.

My weight loss is slow talk about toitoise I think I am a snailπππππ I agree I should increase my water as I have let it lapse since the warmer weather has left us.

Thank you everyone for taking time to reply. I am feeling much better and had good day 1 week 3. I can easily loose my mojo and I am being very mindful of this. Posting on here is helping me to keep accountable for my actions/food planning so I'm sorry for boring anyone!
Husband hurt his back badly yesterday and so this week may be slightly more challenging. I am hopeful a couple days rest might work but he is in lots of pain it may take longer than a couple of days.
