Evening all, sorry I didnt stop by yesterday, was in a lot of pain and went to bed early. Time seems to be catching up with me again and it's becoming increasingly harder to find the time to do things to help me maintain a healthy lifestyle...yet I always do find the time. Weird, isn't it. I hope you've all been enjoying wins over the last few days.
I have read many of your posts here, and some of your blog. What struck me is how much time you were putting in to both, and a bit worried what would happen if you didn't have that time. You need an approach such that your blogging supports your weightloss rather than driving it, because blogging is hard work.
Honestly, I don't have a picture of your approach, but you need to build habits so that when life distracts you - as it will, if you are lucky to have family and friends, you won't fall far off the wagon, because those habits keep you in check.
You're right, blogging is hard, but I do really enjoy it. Sometimes it keeps me sane, other times it drives me...
I am trying to build habits all the time and hopefully things are getting easier because of that. Not drinking alcohol at night is one I have broken. Eating fruit rather than rubbish is one I'm still working on but have mostly changed.
