So after a long while, I'm back on track to loose weight and trying to get fit. many changes in personal life meant I gave up exercising 5 months ago and returned to my old eating habits and the lost weight slowly returned. Since the beginning of January I have signed up to gym, been more aware what I'm eating and have already lost 3.5kg. As of this morning I am 76.5kg and hoping to loose at least 10 more and to be able to keep them off. Last years resolution was to stop smoking and I have been smoke free since 1.01.2019. Hoping to repeat the success this year too.
