Good morning everyone!

So after a long while, I'm back on track to loose weight and trying to get fit. many changes in personal life meant I gave up exercising 5 months ago and returned to my old eating habits and the lost weight slowly returned. Since the beginning of January I have signed up to gym, been more aware what I'm eating and have already lost 3.5kg. As of this morning I am 76.5kg and hoping to loose at least 10 more and to be able to keep them off. Last years resolution was to stop smoking and I have been smoke free since 1.01.2019. Hoping to repeat the success this year too.

Thanks. I see you have been busy too and lost quite a bit of weight and all i can say is well done and keep it up. 🏋️‍♀️

I've moved away from cal counting and following lchf. I now have a calm, 'craveless' relationship with food.

Of course, still early days but eating really well and not denying myself tasty food :)
