spent the weekend coughing being sick and had fever headache had some soup and tea went home on Sunday thinking of work but alone at home with a bottle of water for company I didn't eat anything so I was not better on Monday. e mailed work sick . after two days in bed with paracetamol got up on Wednesday and accompanied my daughter to Barcelona to celebrate her 30 th birthday pushed my self to sight see she took me to park quelle it was steps steep hill all the way after climbing that I collapsed on a bench while she explored the nature trails and the views after that I felt I could do anything so walked along fruit markets erotic museum walking tour had some fun back home at work now I have lost about 5 kilos but cant see any difference
we only visited vegan restaurants I didn't have much appetite

Don't worry about not being able to see a difference... try picking up 5 large bags of sugar, which is the weight you've lost so far, and carry them around all day Are you taking tape measurements as they can often show changes even when we can't see them.
I think that if you join one of the weekly weigh-ins then you could have a 5kg badge by your name to show the good work you've achieved.

Really sorry to hear about your cold, but really well done for not letting it get you down and stay in doors, instead going to Barcelona and exploring. Colds are always a real hack when you're trying to be good ( I know, I've had one too) but to lose 5kg is amazing considering. I've only just started and have lost 4lb in 13 days. It will always take time to see a real difference, but do take tape measurements, as you will see the loss that way, even if you cannot see it through the mirror.
