Happy new year everyone. I joined a couple months ago then life got in the way of me truly committing to a new life.
Now Christmas is over and the new year has begun I have decided that I will start afresh today. I have planned all my meals out today and drinks. I’m also going to do a 15min mile to get my energy levels up.
I hope I can keep the grove on and come here daily. That’s my New Years resolution. To commit to coming here and using all the features available.

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
If you "slim smart" weight loss is not so hard! It is not all about motivation and masochism.
Some of us here find that what works is a combination of The Low Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) diet (see the forum here on Health Unlocked) and Not Snacking All Day AKA Intermittent Fasting (IF). See:
I have heard a lot of good things about LCHF but it isn’t something I am able to do as it makes me unwell. I am going to try doing 12 hour days and see if that helps. (12 hours with no eating).
