Hello and welcome to the Weight Loss Forum Wordsworth2 😊
You will have been sent a link to Pinned Posts in your welcome message. Please read it carefully so you can find all the information you need to find your way around.
This is a very busy forum with lots going on, and in general, you will find the forum more help if you interact and join in with forum events, rather than personal blogging. Nothing beats joining in, reading posts and replying to others. Our group Weigh-in and the Daily Diary are probably the best places to start.
As IndigoBlue has said, this isn't a blog spot but an interactive forum where we all share information and support, and encourage each other. You would be very welcome to come here every day - many of us do, including me - and maybe you could seek out two or three other posters and say something positive to them.
Also join a weekly weigh in, where you'll find wonderful team support, and share your meal plans on the Daily Diary - you'll find plenty of people there to chat to.
Good start on your blog Sean ,you"vd put a lot of thought into this. The desire for a healthier you is a really important one and will have spin-off for your family too. I think you'll find a lot of encouragement on here especially from a Weigh In team. As you work long hours maybe a Friday,Saturday or Sunday team? Weigh yourself first thing in morning and can join the Weigh In post from 9pm the day before till it closes at 9pm of that Weigh-in day (ie if you join Sunday's team you can post from 9pm Sat till it closes at 9pm Sunday) Its best to post during the day itself if you can obviously to enable others time to reply to you and you to reply to others before the post closes. Getting someone elses perspective and recognising there are others in the same boat is helpful, we have other teachers on here 😁
